ALL ITEMS OF FURNITURE SENT OUT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
We are confident that you will be happy with your furniture purchase. All items leave our workshop after strict quality control checks and in perfect condition.
If your order is incomplete, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Due to items being constructed from natural materials, Small cracks, Splits and imperfections may be apparent (or become apparent over time). This is part of the characteristic and charm of rustic solid wood furniture and will not be deemed as a fault.
In winter months, On rare occasions, Wood finishes may take longer to dry due to cold air temperatures, Items may need an extra week or two from delivery to completely dry fully once in a warm environment.
Unfortunately on occasion items may become damaged during transit. It is therefore important to unwrap and inspect your item carefully.
If at the time of delivery and upon inspecting your purchase the item is found to be faulty or damaged, We will be happy exchange for a new item providing the following conditions are met;
You must have unwrapped and inspected your item upon receipt and advised the courier in writing of any damage at the time.
You must refuse the item and send back with the courier.
You must inform us within 24 hours of any problems of your purchase. Call us 01353383488.
PLEASE UNWRAP YOUR PURCHASE CAREFULLY. You must reuse the supplied packaging in the event of an item being returned.
You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
Please note that if you are not happy with your order and would like a replacement you must send back with the courier at the initial time of delivery or you will either have to pay for the items to be returned or pay a collection fee which varies on size of the item/s.
We cannot be held responsible for customers not being at home at time of delivery, Courier delivery hours are 8am – 7pm, If you are not in and the courier see’s fit to leave your item in a secure place he will, This is at the couriers discretion. If your item has been left and you cannot sign for your order you will have to pay for any return costs if you require a replacement.
SO PLEASE, if you see damage to the packaging when the courier arrives, Make sure the courier notes it down before you sign for the goods. Once the item is received back at our workshop and on inspection is found to be damaged which had been noted to the courier on receipt of the goods, We will send out a new item or replace damaged parts and send back to you at the quickest possible time. We do not offer a refund for damaged goods as a fault of being damaged in transit as we offer replacement of items free of charge.
